We keep billing simple and predictable: try everything for free first, and paid plans are non-refundable. Here is exactly how it works.

Try it free first

The free tier gives you three uses of every tool each month at no charge, so you can confirm the service does what you need before you pay anything. There is no trial to cancel and no card required to evaluate it.

Paid plans are non-refundable

When you upgrade to a paid plan, the fee is non-refundable, including for partial periods and for time you did not use. All sales are final. Because you can fully evaluate the service for free before upgrading, we do not offer money-back refunds on paid subscriptions.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel at any time from your account or billing portal. Your paid access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again after you cancel.

Payments and your legal rights

Payments are handled by Polar as our Merchant of Record. Nothing in this policy removes or limits any refund or cancellation right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country; where such a right applies, an approved refund is issued through Polar to your original payment method. If you have a billing question, contact us first and we will help before you raise a dispute with your bank.
